Beyond Booked Out (BBO) Program

By purchasing or participating in the Beyond Booked Out (BBO) Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

Beyond Booked Out is a 6-week implementation program designed to help therapists and coaches build automated systems, scale their practices, and create recurring revenue. The program includes:

Weekly live trainings (recorded for replay)

Access to templates, tools, and automation systems

Group support and coaching

Private community/chat access during the program

2. Eligibility & Access

You must be:

A licensed therapist, certified coach, or in a relevant wellness profession or service provider

Over the age of 18

Legally able to enter into this agreement

Once enrolled, you’ll receive login access to the membership portal. Access is for individual use only — sharing materials or logins is not permitted.

3. Live Session Attendance

Live sessions are held online as per the time stated for the Quarter. If you can’t attend live, replays will be available. You’re encouraged to submit questions ahead of time if you can’t attend.

You are responsible for watching replays and keeping up with implementation deadlines if you want the full results promised.

4. Support

Support is offered via:

Weekly live sessions

Community chat

Email support during the 6-week program window

Responses are typically provided within 48 hours Monday–Friday.

5. Payment Terms

The total full price of the program is $6,500 USD. (At times there are discounts such as the early bird discount)

You may pay:

In full at time of registration

Or via an approved payment plan

By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your card as per your chosen payment method. Failed payments may result in suspension of access.

6. Refund Policy – Our 200% Guarantee

We believe in this program so much that we offer a 200% Refund Guarantee:

If you complete all trainings, attend or watch all sessions, implement your custom plan and automations, and still don’t generate at least 50% of your investment back within 90 days — we’ll refund you 200% of your course fee.

Here's the fine print:

You must notify us within 60 days of the start of the program if you’re not getting results so we can review and help.

You must show evidence of full participation (e.g. completed workbooks, funnels, emails, and lead generation efforts).

The guarantee applies only to those who genuinely implement and engage.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, schedule conflicts, or non-participation.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials are protected under copyright. You may not reproduce, share, republish, or sell any part of the program content without express written permission.

White-labeled tools or resources (where applicable) will be clearly marked and permitted for adaptation in your own practice.

8. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific financial or business results. Your success depends on your effort, industry, niche, and implementation. The strategies we teach have worked for many — but they are not a magic bullet.

You are responsible for your own success, actions, and decisions before, during, and after the program.

9. Affiliate / Referral Terms

If you refer a friend, you may be eligible for a $400 discount per person, either applied as credit or shared between you and your referral.

10. Early Bird / Limited-Time Offers

If you receive an Early Bird or special offer (such as first 10 to apply), it is non-transferable and only valid during the promotional window. These offers are tracked automatically and may not be applied retroactively.

11. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any portion of the program at any time, with notice to participants.

12. Legal & Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond Booked Out, Erin Davis, Caroline Balinska, and their teams from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your participation in the program.

This program is not therapy or clinical supervision and should not replace professional advice, legal guidance, or medical/mental health care.
